FAQ's
How do I find my driver at the Seattle-Tacoma Airport?
We offer two options for service at the Seattle-Tacoma Airport:
1. Curbside. The
driver will pick you up outside of the baggage
claim area. Please call 206-228-6526 as soon as you touch down
from inside the plane. After you claim your luggage your driver
will meet you promptly. This is the fastest and easiest option
for the client. It takes only two phone calls and no waiting
time.
2. Baggage claim.
The driver will arrive at baggage claim holding a sign with the
client's name. There is an additional charge of $10 for this service ($20 for international arrivals).
Do you serve Seattle's cruise ship terminals?
We drop-off and pick-up at both Pier 66 and 91.
Advance reservations for pick-ups are necessary. See our
rates for cruise ship terminals.
When will you charge my credit
card?
We do not charge your credit card
until our job is done. At the drop-off time you will need to
present the card to the driver for manual imprint. We also offer
direct billing for companies.
Will I be charged for waiting
time?
There is no charge for waiting
time on airport service. Our operators check all clients flight
status for delays or early arrivals.
What is your cancellation
policy?
To avoid being charged you must
cancel your reservation no less than 12 hours prior to pick up
time by e-mail, or 3 hours by phone.
What is your service
guarantee?
After you have made your
reservation with us your car is guaranteed to be waiting for you
upon arrival.
What are your hourly rates?
Hourly rates for any occasion:
$50 per hour; minimum 3 hours.
What kind of card do you
drive?
We offer full size luxury sedans,
vans, limos, and SUVs.
Does your rate include a
gratuity for the driver?
No, our rates are a flat company
rate and do not include the standard 20% gratuity for the
driver. Trips made after midnight and before 4:00AM are subject
to a $10 surcharge.
Are your rates per person or
per car?
Unlike airport shuttle services,
our rates are per car. The rate does not change based on the
number of passengers.
